Tender to contract qualified auditors to carry out a special purpose expenditure verification for the programme YourJob II, implemented in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Serbia and Austria

Caritas Österreich (Caritas Austria) is planning to award service contracts to a qualified auditor for Expenditure Verification of the programme YourJob II, implemented in the countries Albania (AL), Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Kosovo (KS), Serbia and Austria (AT). The programme is co-financed by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), Secours Catholique/Caritas France and own contributions of Caritas Austria. The objectives of the expenditure verification are: a) to provide a professional opinion on the quality of processes and accounting practices within the audited organisation and specifically as applied within the project at hand following point 5 (procedures to be performed by the Auditor) b) to independently verify that the project mentioned above has been implemented in compliance with the requirements of the following documents of reference: - Legislation: National legislation, with particular attention to: o Respective social and labour law (including staff and salary regulations). o Regulations on VAT and other taxes o National accounting policies - Project: Cooperation agreement relative to the project or to the partner organisation, Project Documents, Terms of Referen
