For projects requiring high quality, specific and/or artistic photos as well as for large-scale communication campaigns, the contractor shall be tasked to organize photo shoots on specific topics. The subjects of the photos can be either people, places or objects.Depending on the scope and emergency of the project/campaign, the contractor might be asked to organize different types of photo shoots. The tenderer is requested to have the full technical and logistic capacities to provide the services described below:1. scouting of personalities;2. organisation of photo shoots in one single location/country;3. organisation of photo shoots in several EU countries.

Austria – Support Services for the Organisation of Events and Other Communication and Information Activities of the Liaison Office
The European Parliament (EP) is looking for the provision of support services for the organisation of communication and information activities of the European Parliament Liaison Offices (EPLOs). This contract concerns the activities carried out by the EP in Austria, in the capital as well as in the different regions for a decentralised communication. The services can also be requested for cross-border activities with neighbouring countries.
Inter-institutional Framework Contract for the Provision of Services Linked to Media Strategy, Planning and Buying, Including Associated Services
The purpose of the contract is to cover media planning and media buying plus associated services for communication activities undertaken by the European Parliament and other participating European institutions as contracting authorities.It concerns:(a) the development of media strategies and associated research and consultancy services;(b) the development of media plans;(c) media buying, including price negotiations, media space management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting;(d) production, adaptation and transfer of communication assets associated to the media buying services.The underlying communication activities can range from the placing of a single advertisement in one specific media channel to multi-channel, multi-country campaigns.
